As our Project Assistant, Amanda thrives in design, organization, research, and reporting. Her openness to learn more makes her a wonderful attribute to the team, not to mention she helps keep projects streamlined for us. As an Enneagram type 9, Amanda is a peacemaker with an easygoing personality that makes her a natural collaborator, keeping her energy balanced in a space between inner and outer harmony.
Amanda graduated from the University of Indianapolis in 2021 with a Bachelor of Fine Art in Studio Art, with a concentration in Painting. During her first year at Sapphire Strategy, she was commissioned to create a mural for the office, which she designed and painted by hand.
Amanda loves being a Sapphire because of the team’s work environment, thoughtful leadership, and investment in personal development—shaping her into a more well-rounded professional.
On her days off, Amanda finds joy in painting, reading, video games, and kayaking.
