Jenn Lisak Golding is Founder and CEO of Sapphire Strategy, a digital marketing agency that blends rich data with experience-backed intuition to optimize marketing performance for technology companies, professional services businesses, and nonprofits and increase the ROI on their marketing spend. Sapphire is Jenn’s birthstone and, at times, her hair color. The gem represents wisdom and intuition—the same values driving the evidence-meets-creativity and striking transparency you can expect from Jenn.
Previously, Jenn was Vice President and Partner of a leading new media agency—a role she earned at age 26 through her dedication to the business and her clients. A frequent guest speaker at industry events, Jenn is also a recipient of the TechPoint Tech 25 Award, Killer Content Award, and IBJ’s Forty Under 40.
Since founding Sapphire Strategy, Jenn has created the Sapphire Lifecycle Model: a system that guides brands through each step of the marketing lifecycle to help them audit their current practices, identify what’s working, and create and implement effective strategies based on this information. She and her team utilize comprehensive data, experience-backed intuition, and strategic creativity to provide a variety of digital marketing services with a different approach than a traditional agency.
When she’s not at the office, Jenn loves to spend time co-working at Maven Space, and is a proud member of Indy Maven member—a women-focused publication sharing stories about the amazing things women are doing in Indianapolis. In her leisure, Jenn loves to write, paint, practice tarot, and make connections as a Mary Kay Consultant.
As an Enneagram type 2w3, Jenn is best described as a giver meets ambitious achiever. In her free time, she enjoys giving back to the central Indiana community, including leadership volunteer roles at NAWBO-Indianapolis as Secretary and Intend Indiana as Vice Chair. In the past, she’s dedicated her time and talents to the 500 Circle, Indiana State Museum, King Park Development Corporation, Greater Indianapolis Progress Committee, and more. A Butler graduate, Jenn is a recognizable contributor to central Indiana’s digital marketing industry since 2010.
